STUDENT REGALIA & GUEST TICKET DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE
GRAD FINALE EVENT
WHERE: San Francisco Campus - McLaren Complex - Rooms 250 & 251
Friday -- April 19, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday -- April 20, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- This event is ONLY OPEN to students who RECEIVE an INVITATION (emailed: March 25, 2013) to participate in the May 2013 Commencement Exercises. Students may attend the Grad Finale event on either Friday or Saturday, this is a drop-in event not a full day event.
*Photo ID required for entrance.
- Students will be able to:
- Obtain their graduation regalia (cap and gown) and guest tickets*
*Photo ID and your signature will be required to obtain your academic regalia and guest tickets.
If someone other than yourself is picking up your regalia and guest tickets, please provide them with
a signed letter with the following information: Your full name, USF ID#, degree and major,
height, and signature.
- Place an order for personalized graduation announcements and USF college rings
- Place a pre-order for graduation photos
- Enter drawing for "Door Prizes"
- Meet representatives from Alumni Relations
STUDENTS WHO CANNOT ATTEND THE GRAD FINALE EVENT:
On April 22, 2013 eligible students who did not attend the Grad Finale event will be sent an Information Packet that includes: instructions on how to pick-up academic regalia, guest tickets, a parking permit, directions to the Commencement Ceremony, and a wealth of information that should answer all your questions regarding the ceremonies.
