STUDENT REGALIA & GUEST TICKET DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE

GRAD FINALE EVENT

WHERE: San Francisco Campus - McLaren Complex - Rooms 250 & 251

      Friday - April 20, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday -  April 21, 2012 from   9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • This event is ONLY OPEN to students who RECEIVE an INVITATION (emailed: March 26, 2012) to participate in the May 2012 Commencement Exercises. Students may attend the Grad Finale event on either Friday or Saturday, this is a drop-in event not a full day event.

*Photo ID required for entrance. 

  • Students will be able to: 
    • Obtain their graduation regalia (cap and gown) and guest tickets*
          *Photo ID and y
      our signature will be required to obtain your academic regalia and guest tickets. 
            
      If someone other than yourself is picking up your regalia and guest tickets, please provide them with
            a signed letter with the following information: Your full name, USF ID#, degree and major,
            height, and signature.
       
    • Place an order for personalized graduation announcements and USF college rings 
    • Place a pre-order for graduation photos
    • Enter drawing for "Door Prizes"
    • Meet representatives from Alumni Relations  

STUDENTS WHO CANNOT ATTEND THE GRAD FINALE EVENT: 

On April 23, 2012 eligible students who did not attend the Grad Finale event will be sent an Information Packet that includes: instructions on how to pick-up academic regalia, guest tickets, a parking permit, directions to the Commencement Ceremony, and a wealth of information that should answer all your questions regarding the ceremonies.
