STUDENT REGALIA & GUEST TICKET DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE
GRAD FINALE EVENT
WHERE: San Francisco Campus - McLaren Complex - Room 250 & 251
Friday – November 8, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday – November 9, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- This event is ONLY OPEN to students who RECEIVE an email INVITATION (to be sent October 21, 2013) to participate in the December 2013 Commencement Exercises. Students may attend the Grad Finale event on either Friday or Saturday, this is a drop-in event not a full day event.
- *Photo ID required for entrance.
- Students will be able to:
- Obtain their graduation regalia (cap and gown) and guest tickets*
*Photo ID and your signature will be required to obtain your academic regalia and guest tickets.
If someone other than yourself is picking up your regalia and guest tickets, please provide them with
a signed letter with the following information: Your full name, USF ID#, degree and major,
height, and signature.
- Place an order for personalized graduation announcements and USF college rings
- Enter drawing for "Door Prizes"
- Meet representatives from Alumni Relations
STUDENTS WHO CANNOT ATTEND THE GRAD FINALE EVENT:
On Monday, November 11, eligible students who did not attend the Grad Finale event will be sent an information packet that includes: instructions on how to pick-up academic regalia, guest tickets, a parking permit, directions to the Commencement Ceremony, and a wealth of information that should answer all your questions regarding the ceremonies.

All ceremonies take place in St. Ignatius Church located at 650 Parker Avenue, adjacent to the University of San Francisco, at the corner of Parker Avenue and Fulton Street. Doors open 45 minutes prior to each ceremony. Each ceremony lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
