Stanley Kwong

Term Assistant Professor

Stanley Kwong is the Managing Director and Term Assistant Professor of the Greater China Programs at the School of Management. Stan teaches undergraduate, MBA, and MBAE courses related to globalization trends and outsourcing and offshoring.

Stan has 30 years of international management and marketing experience in US, China, India, and Central Europe. Prior to joining USF in 2009, Stan was the Worldwide Program Director for IBM Developers Marketing where he had conceived and managed numerous projects for IBM with operations in North America, China, India, Germany, and Russia. Stan was also responsible for teaching International Marketing at Worldwide IBM Executive Development Seminars.

Stan started his academic career as an Assistant Professor of International Studies and Assistant Dean of Students at Princeton University prior to his IBM tenure. Stan is also a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences as well as universities worldwide.

Over the course of his career, Stan has lectured at UC Berkeley, University of Southern California, Peking University, Shanghai Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, University of Halle-Wittenberg, Free University of Berlin, IIIT Bangalore, IIIT Hyderabad, Amity University (Noida), Anna University (Chennai), and Pune Institute of Technology.
