Evan Elliot is a marketing writer whose clients run the range
from Patagonia to American Express, and whose essays and journalism
have appeared in Mother Jones, the New York Press, The
Iowa Review, and San Francisco magazine. Evan holds a
master's degree in creative nonfiction writing from the
University of Iowa. He's been teaching for more than
fifteen years, and he loves teaching business writing at USF
because his students bring fresh ideas to each class.
They're also quick to learn that verbs rule, that details
ring, and that only stories stick.
