Meet the Staff

The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) staff are available to offer assessment on an individual basis at which time, a counselor may recommend individual, couple, or group counseling. Typically, the counseling is provided through CAPS. In some instances, when the concern requires long-term counseling or a more specialized approach, a referral will be made to an appropriate practitioner, agency or treatment program. Our group services change each semester in relation to student interest and are advertised across campus.

Our staff includes seven licensed psychologists and our full-time training program includes five Doctoral-level Psychology Interns and one Post Doctoral Fellow.  All staff members are fully qualified clinicians ready to help you.

Our front office staff will be happy to help you set up an appointment with a clinician. Please call 415-422-6352 or visit us in the lower level of Gillson Hall.
