Thank you for your interest in participating in USF's annual Vendor Fair.
Before filling out a registration form, please read the following information.
TOP 10 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR VF10:
1. All questions regarding the fair should be directed to vendorfair@usfca.edu
A USF VF Planning Committee member will respond to you within 48 hours of your email.
2. Eligibility: Providers of USF standard goods & services. Vendors with an active Service Agreement and/or open Purchase Orders for tangible goods are highly encouraged to attend. Vendors who have done business with the University & have matriculated into the Banner system as a registered vendor. Purchasing Services reserves the right to deny registration forms.
3. Registration : Form must be submitted before October 15, 2010.
4. In lieu of a registration fee, we ask for raffle prize donations. There is a section on the Registration Form that asks for your firm commitment on the prize(s). Please note: VF Planning Committee posts your company name & prize commitment on line and on other marketing materials. Based on our experience from the past 7 fairs, this has generated excitement and cross-campus conversations which publicizes the event and showcases the contributions of the vendors, departments, and manufacturers.
Past prizes include: ipods, mp3 players, smart phones, printers, cameras, navigation systems, bikes, local sporting event tickets, spa packages, and retail gift cards.
5. Check in & Set up: (8:30 am-10 am) Upon entering the fair, each vendor rep must check in at the Purchasing Services table (located in front of McLaren Complex).
This slot of time encompasses check in & set up.
6. Vendor Unloading: In order to make campus safer and pedestrian-friendly, no vehicles will be permitted on campus. Any and all equipment should be off loaded from Golden Gate Street. If needed, please bring your own dolly and enter campus through the Main Entrance guard shack (on Golden Gate and Roselyn). If you plan on bringing heavy equipment, please notify us via email vendorfair@usfca.edu by 11/1/10.

7. Parking: Please be advised that street parking is available, however is limited to (2) hours. You may purchase a parking pass for $8 at the Main Entrance guard shack (on Golden Gate and Roselyn). Note: Cash only.
8. Break Down (End of Fair): Vendor Packing & Loading: 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
9. Cafeteria: Main Cafeteria & Crossroads Cafe is located in University Center (UC). UC is less than 20 feet from McLaren Complex (MC).

San Francisco Municipal Railway, BART and Commuter
Information:
The City of San Francisco is known for its amazing public
transportation system. SF Muni offers a wide variety transit vehicles
such as cable cars, historic streetcars, buses, metro, lightrail
vehicles, streetcars. Undergraduate students have a semester pass for
all SF Muni lines incorporated into their tuition. Undegraduate students
may pick up the SF Muni pass at Associated Students located at the
ground level of the University Center building. Passes are available
during the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters. Student must have
the USF One Card in order to pick up their SF Muni pass.

SF Muni bus lines, 5 Fulton and 31 Balboa, run parallel to the
University of San Francisco on Fulton and Turk Streets and stop directly
at the Kendrick School of Law, Main Campus and the Lone Mountain
