USF Connect Message to USF Employees (April 4, 2012)
Additional reports have been filed that several companies have been calling departments directly and claiming to be associated with USF's current Copier/MFD service provider, Ricoh Professional Services. The purpose of the call is to sell toner supplies for the copier/MFD machine and LaserJet printers. Please be advised that they are not associated with Ricoh Professional Services. You should not order anything from these individuals or companies that offer to send a “sample” or sell supplies, usually at a “substantial savings” and will bill you later. The calls are at random and may be persistent.
In the event that your office receives this type of call, please forward them to Copier Services x6188 or to Purchasing & Ancillary Services (PAAS) x5898.
Remember, the toner for the Ricoh copier MFDs are already covered on the contract and key operators are checking the machines daily for toner levels.
